Firma Produkcyjno Handlowa Celina Bitner was established in 1996 and is the leading manufacturer of cords in the polish market. Cord Production Facility C. Bitner is a privately owned company with 100% shares of polish capital. One of the elements of our strategy is constantly increasing the value of our company. An important step towards this was the decision to support our system of quality ensuring through its improvement and implementation of the ISO 14001 environment management system. After an analysis of the offers of our interest, we have chosen the offer of TQMC.

We began our cooperation with company TQM Consulting in April 2003. It regard improving the existing ISO 9002 quality ensuring system and adapting it to the new structure of the ISO 9001:2000 standard and AQAP 110 as well as implementing the ISO 14001 environment management system. The whole implementation process progressed very efficiently and according to the planned schedule.
