Internal Control System Customer description
The company deals in selling, designing and producing heat production devices. It employs about 50 persons. They have the ISO 9001 Quality Management System implemented. This company also manufactures devices for the Military.

Description of the issue
As the Military has been the recipient of 30% manufactured devices the sales was at an appropriate level and allowed the company's Board to function well and look at the future optimistically. However, the uniform services, while cooperating with this company, asked for an implemented CPC )company production control), emphasizing that they needed to have the system implemented within the next six month or they would change their supplier of devices. The board of the company stood in the face of decreasing the turnover and firing personnel, due to the smaller production unit. However, the Board decided to implement the system requested by the Military.
