Description of the issue
The company’s Board decided that the aspect related with occupational safety and health is to be properly respected. Due to an oversight of an employee from the human resources department, the responsibilities of whom included ensuring respecting the OSH regulations within the facility, a training o 7 employees was not conducted. Due to this fact the company incurred a penalty inflicted by the State Labor Inspectorate. In order to avoid similar situations in the future the Company Board decided to implement the Occupational Safety and Health System according to the PN N18001:2004 standard.

Within the frames of the OSH system's implementation the existing computer networks was utilized, which allowed rationalizing work of human resources department's employees.
