AQAP Customer Description
A construction-installation company employing about 100 persons. Its products are sold and services rendered both for civil companies and for the military. They have the ISO 9001 system.

Description of the issue
Despite the fact that the company has cooperated with the Military, rendering services and work for the Military, a documented and certified AQAP system has not yet been required, however the opportunity to participate in a bidding for the construction of a large object for the Military has arisen. This company could win the bidding on one condition - if it had a certified AQAP system. Winning this bidding and thus acquiring an order is a strategic issue for this company.
