In order to achieve operational and strategic goal, we offer flexible solutions, which allow optimizing the services' level, reduction and effectiveness of cost-structure and improving the market competitiveness. 

In this field we offer:


preliminary audits - conducted at the beginning of the designing and implementation process of the management system to determine the starting situation. Thanks to audits we can identify the weak and strong aspects of the company, we can focus on the potential difficulties, issues requiring solving, as well as the advantages, on which the further company development and the implemented system need to be based on.

pre-certification audits - conducted directly before the certification audit in order to finally control the correctness of operations of the implemented system and its compliance with the requirements of the standard, according to which it was designed and implemented. These audits allow identifying non-conformities and undertaking proper correctional actions.

internal audits - conducted during the process of designing, implementing and functioning of the management system in order to determine the progress of implementation works, to control the compliance and effectiveness of the conducted implementation works, to detect any non-conformities and to plan improving actions. They are also conducted to improve the already implemented management system, in order to limit the mistakes.

  • ISO 10014 - Guidelines regarding quality economical effects.
  • ISO 10015 - Quality management. Guidelines regarding trainings.
  • ISO 10017 - Guidelines regarding statistical techniques relating to ISO 9001:2000 standard

Audits are conducted according to the international ISO 19011 standard - The guidelines regarding the auditing of quality management systems and/or environmental management systems. The scope of an audit is specified individually, depending on the operations and needs of the company.
