About the company

Who are we?
We are a consulting company implementing management standards based on ISO standards, adopted professional practices and best examples of national and foreign companies. Our goal is to provide simple and practical management tools, which are to bring stable and permanent growth of our clients. To us, standards are only frames, which not always fit the given company image, so we do not adopt them at all cost. The functioning and its results are most important. We measure these results with time, quality and costs, elements, which are every company's foundations of operations. We focus on that, leaving the rest to others.

Standards, what are they and what are they used for? 
In numerous companies standards are understood as the procedures, which are considered contrary to human nature.

It is believed that employees should not be limited by standards and that a man should have maximum freedom to perform work in a way of his choosing. 

Understanding the essence of standards is the most important step towards the development of Your company! 

Standards need to be understood as using the safest and easiest processes, which are more effective from the point of view of costs and productiveness and they allow the company ensuring best quality for the customer. Meeting the standards is like driving a car. The driver must obey certain regulations, but in return he receives the feeling of freedom arriving wherever he wants. Similarly, when employees obey the standards and perform their work properly, the customer is satisfied with the product or service, the company prospers, and employees can have the feeling of safety.

There are two types of standards.
 
Management standards - necessary for the management of employees for the realization of administrative purposes and containing administrative rules, hints for the employees and the strategies, description of positions, rules of preparing cost settlements.
Operational standards - which regard the way work is performed in order to achieve (QCD) quality, cost and delivery. The company, which delivers products and service of good quality at reasonable process and does that in the set time satisfies its customers and they remain loyal to it. This is why TOYOTA has the most loyal customers  
 
What are standards used for :

1. They present the best, easiest and safest methods of performing work. (Standards in a company are created over many years, surely every company owner knows them, however rarely are they transferred to paper).
2. They are the best method of keeping knowledge and professionalism (Are You often amazed that Your employees make obvious mistakes, have You shown them how to not make them)
3. They are the criteria for work measurement (How do You measure employees' work - is it based on meeting the standards or Your feelings)
4. They show the relation between cause and effect (The lack of standards causes deviations from standards and changeability, waste)
5. They give the foundation for maintaining the level and improvement (If You have a standard You always have the foundation for its improvement, if You don't have it it’s much more difficult)
6. They are objectively simple and clear (A standard is an A4 sheet of paper, which simply describes step by step the given activity and is placed in a place visible for the employee)
7. They are the basis for trainings (Deviations from standards are the best reason for trainings)
8. They are the foundation for control and diagnosis (If You have a standard You have basis for its control and diagnosis)
9.  They are the means towards preventing errors and minimizing changeability.
 
Think about the standards at Your company, write them down and improve them, and if You think that You don't have time for all this, remember that others do.
